Terms and Conditions

1. Membership
   Once you have paid for monthly or annual membership you will have immediate access to join the member-only Larissa Learning Facebook Group and receive invitation to join the regular live member-meet ups with Larissa on Zoom.

Your payment will be processed by GoCardless on the 1st of each month for the upcoming month or the 1st of the month following your sign up to annual membership.

2. Cancellation Policy
   As a member, you’ll agree to a monthly fee that starts from the first of the month and is valid for at least one month. After that, you can cancel your membership with one month’s notice. If you decide to cancel, the next payment will be your last one. Please note that we do not offer refunds for any unused memberships.
3. Event Cancellation
   Larissa Learning Limited reserves the right to cancel online and in person events due to viability, illness or unforeseen reasons.
4. Intellectual Property
   All content, materials and resources provided by Larissa Learning Limited remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed.
5. Code of Ethics
   Larissa Roberts, Managing Director of Larissa Learning Limited, is a member of PATOSS (Professional Association of Teachers of Students with Specific Learning Difficulties). Please refer to the PATOSS Code of Ethics.
6. Complaints
   For concerns relating to any service provided by Larissa Learning Limited, please contact Larissa Roberts for an informal discussion.
7. General
   Larissa Learning Limited reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions but will notify members of any changes.
